Pat has served for 29 years as a Registered Representative and holds State securities and insurance licenses. Mr. Foley is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, a designation earned through several years of study and rigorous testing in the fields of insurance, tax, investment, retirement, and estate planning.
With his partner Kristin Hillsley, Patrick co-authored the book “Winning at Retirement: A Guide to Health, Wealth & Purpose in the Best Years of Your Life”. This informative and inspirational guide has received critical acclaim, and was named by BookAuthority.org on its list of the 41 Best Retirement Planning Books of All Time. Pat and Kristin additionally published a First Responder Edition of "Winning", and in 2022 released a second addition of the original work.
Mr. Foley graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Patrick is very active in his community, having served on the Whitpain Park & Open Space Board, and as the Elected Auditor of Whitpain Township. He is a former President of the Whitpain Recreation Association, and currently serves the organization as a Board Member and coordinator of capital projects. Pat serves on the Board of Directors of Mount Saint Joseph Academy, and on the Advisory Board of the Valley Forge Sports Events & Tourism Authority.
Pat conceived of the music festival and bone marrow drive aspects of the annual Whitpain Community Festival, and serves on the organizing committee for the event, which attracts thousands of participants each year and has added hundreds of names to the National Bone Marrow Registry.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and federally registered in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP® Board's initial and ongoing certification requirement.

Kristin has 15 years’ worth of experience as a valued resource for her clients and community on investing and financial planning. Supporting female investors – long underserved by the industry - is a particular area of focus for her.
As part of her commitment to educating women, Kristin hosts an annual Women’s Lifestyle Conference to help busy women in her community connect, refresh and inspire one another. Over the years Kristin has presented as a keynote speaker, and appeared in media segments and publications discussing the importance of investing and strategies specific to women. Kristin has appeared on Comcast Newsmakers Women's Expo segment, discussing how important it is for women to give back and serve as mentors. Since 2011, she has spoken annually at the Womenomics Forum presented by the Friends of the Delaware County Women's Commission. Her articles on investment strategies for women have also been published in the Main Line Media Newspapers and she was a chair of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce's Women's Resource Council.
Kristin graduated magna cum laude from Temple University's Fox School of Business with a master's in business administration (MBA) concentrating in finance. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware, where she rowed on the women's crew team.
